Remote and collar use is required to be used after the two-week program and is included in the pricing. Understand that the lessons after program matter for the guarantee to the commands.

After Program Lessons to Expect:

1. Day One-COMING HOME Lets bring that baby home and just go over the collar and basics. This day is so overwhelming to the pack mate. We want to center the training around love, happiness and comfort. In order to prevent the dog from being CORRECTED, we prefer to keep training very light on day one. Go over come and sit.

2. Lesson Two- Refresh questions, this lesson needs to happen the next day or day after. Go over collar again and come and sit. Then add in off leash pack walks, hiking and fun.

3. Lesson Three- Heel at the park or a store!!!

4. Lesson Four- Place at the house and in door behavior. Guests coming over, dinner parties.

5. WHAT ELSE YOU NEED- this program is built to allow for changes to each client. Everyone needs different things- We know that and want to accommodate all your needs, One at a time!

6. From here- You lead the way- Call us when you need us. Some need more some need less

 

*During the training process, if Trainer determines the Dog is unsafe to be off leash due to behavioral issues including (but not limited to) aggression, reactivity or anxiety. Client has the ability to retract Dog from the Training Program. If it is agreed upon by all parties that the Dog is to remain in the Board and Train Program, the off-leash recall will be replaced with a long-leash recall to ensure the safety of Dog, Trainer and Client.

 

Trainer agrees to honor lifetime refreshers for Obedience Commands listed above. Client understands training will need to be maintained by them with trainer’s support. Client acknowledges Behavioral Issues to not warrant refreshers.

 

Dogs are crated for safety when left unsupervised, crates are provided by Trainer. Owner acknowledges any bedding, toys or other accessories provided to the Trainer for the duration of Dog’s stay with trainer are not guaranteed to be returned.

 

Owner will assume responsibility for any veterinary care required if needed for any reason while under company supervision. Examples of past clients and vets: Eye Goopies that look infected, coughing/sneezing (dog immediately isolated), wound from running through the woods. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE US A SICK DOG. We have the right to request a vet visit prior to starting the program and at any point during program for dogs’ safety and pack safety. Please understand there is exposure to a lot of other dogs, and everyone matters to us.

 

Dog Safety is our top priority. Owner understands and accepts the risk of potential injury while dogs are in program.  There is a no tolerance policy in place that terminates services immediately with any pack member involved who shows any signs of aggression that risks the pack’s safety. In the event of an accident, dogs will be brought to emergency care and owner will be notified and responsible for their care.

Non-Refundable Deposit to Secure Booking is $500 per dog when not starting immediately after consult.

Camp and Train Program

Refund Policy

For a refund to be discussed, the Camp and Train program must be terminated within the first 7 days of start of the 16 day program. Collar, controller and leash are to be returned as they are a part of the $500 non-refundable deposit. Refund will not be administered unless they are returned.

The agreed refund will beadministered via company check.

Termination after Day 2: $600

Termination after Day 3: $500

Termination after Day4: $400

Termination after Day 5: $300

Termination after Day 7: $100

Termination post Day 7 – no refund will be administered.

One Week Day Camp Program

Client Understands that collar and remote are required to be used after program.

 7 program days, trainer will come pick dog up in the morning and train dog throughout the day. Evening sessions with trainer and client after each of the training days will occur to go over work. There is no in-home training with this program as the introduction of the e-collar requires at least two weeks of outdoor adventure, fun and love before use in the house.

*During the training process, if Trainer determines the Dog is unsafe to be off leash due to behavioral issues including (but not limited to) aggression, reactivity or anxiety, Client has the ability to retract Dog from the Training Program and receive a partial refund in the amount decided upon by the Trainer. If it is agreed upon by all parties that the Dog is to remain in the Camp, the off-leash recall will be replaced with a long-leash recall to ensure the safety of Dog, Trainer and Client.

There is no lifetime guarantee of commands with the dog. Client agrees to maintain and upkeep training. Client understands any further work after 5 days will cost a lesson fee of $75 per session.

Training Maintenance Program Contract

This program is only available for pack members who have already completed our training program.

Cancelation notification by client must be 48 hours or more prior to date of training maintenance for a 50% refund or roll over for future date. 48 hours or less notification of cancelation will have no refund.

There is a no tolerance policy in place that terminates services immediately with any pack member involved in a fight during our time. In the event of an accident, dogs will be brought to emergency care and owner will be notified and responsible for their care.
